Accessibility statement
Pool Buddy should be usable by as many people as possible – including with keyboard, screen reader, magnification, reduced motion or limited color perception.
Conformance status
The website and Progressive Web App are continuously aligned with the basic principles of WCAG 2.2: perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. There is currently no external certification or final audit by an independent body.
Already implemented
- Clear page structure with headings, main content area and skip link.
- Controls have understandable names for screen readers.
- Decorative icons are not unnecessarily announced.
- Input fields have accessible labels and error messages.
- Focus indicators have been made more visible.
- Motion is strongly reduced when the system setting “reduce motion” is enabled.
Known limitations
Pool Buddy is still under active development. Some interactive areas, charts or dynamic hints may not yet be optimally usable in every situation depending on browser, device or assistive technology. These points are being checked and improved step by step.
Feedback and contact
If you notice a barrier or cannot use a function, please write to info@pool-buddy.de. Helpful details are the affected area, your device, browser and – if relevant – the assistive technology used.
