You can withdraw from your purchase

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under German law. This page is the electronic withdrawal function under § 356a BGB (German Civil Code) – you can declare your withdrawal here directly, without a login or account.

Before you withdraw

Detailed information on the deadline, requirements and consequences is available in the withdrawal notice. It also includes the model withdrawal form in case you would rather withdraw by email or post.

The purchase is handled by Link as the merchant of record. You can therefore also declare your withdrawal directly there, via Link support. Both routes meet the deadline.

A withdrawal is different from a cancellation, a return or a support request. If you just have a technical problem, emailing info@pool-buddy.de will help you faster.

Next we'll only ask for the details needed to identify your purchase. After that we'll show you a summary before anything is sent.
